Mat Camp

Vice President of Strategy & Transformation

Mat Camp is Vice President of Strategy & Transformation, responsible for helping shape Sensiba’s firmwide strategy and ensuring it is translated into sustained execution. His role focuses on identifying the firm’s next opportunities for internal efficiency and growth within its existing capabilities, while creating the structures that support how Sensiba operates, measures success, and adapts over time. Central to this work is establishing a clear strategic planning cadence that keeps leadership aligned, focused, and deliberate about where the firm invests its time and effort.

Mat works closely with executive and functional leaders to strengthen measurement, reduce friction in how work gets done, and connect activity across teams that might otherwise operate in silos. He plays a key role in helping the firm navigate both internally driven change and external shifts in the profession, supporting thoughtful decisions about how and when Sensiba responds to new technologies and evolving industry dynamics.

Mat brings experience across product, operations, and transformation, with a background spanning fintech, SaaS, and scaled, service‑led organizations, including significant experience operating in highly regulated environments. He is currently completing an MBA (Finance) at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), UNSW. Guided by curiosity and a people‑first mindset, Mat is deeply committed to mentoring talent and helping individuals and the firm become the strongest, highest‑impact versions of themselves.
