Monic Ramirez is the Managing Partner at Sensiba LLP, where she leads the firm’s strategy, culture, and client experience. She is focused on guiding Sensiba’s continued growth as a modern advisory firm that helps businesses and individuals navigate complexity, adapt to change, and create lasting value.
With more than 20 years of experience, Monic has advised closely held businesses across a broad range of industries and entity structures, including organizations with multi-state and international operations. Prior to becoming Managing partner, she served as Partner-in-Charge of Tax, where she led a period of significant expansion. Throughout her career, she has been known for pairing deep technical insights with a people-first approach to leadership.
As Managing Partner, Monic is committed to advancing how advisory services are delivered through investment in people, purposeful innovation, and strong client and partner relationships. She is especially passionate about developing future leaders and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
In 2023, Monic was recognized by CalCPA as a Women to Watch Trailblazer, honoring her leadership and impact on the profession. She has also been quoted in national publications including Barron’s and The Washington Post.
Monic holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Santa Clara University and is a licensed CPA in California and a member of the AICPA. Based in Morgan Hill, California, she is active in her community and serves in women’s leadership at Family Community Church. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and life with her husband, children, and extended family.
